Momentum, Growth, Commitment

Mount Athletics embodies the indomitable Mount Spirit and Mount Pride. As Mount Athletics continues to grow, we need new spaces to meet our changing needs. With double the number of athletes from 2016 using our outdated facilities, it is essential to address this NOW. We need your help to generate funds to invest in our capital improvements. Please join us by supporting this campaign!

Competitive Excellence

Resilience, courage, passion, drive, focus, and excellence characterizes our student-athletes and coaches as they work toward championship success. We have many reasons to be Mount Proud beyond our on-the-field success, but our championship successes keep elevating the Mount and bring us to places we have never envisioned.

The Mount Joins the MAAC

The 2022-2023 Athletics season is set to be a transformational one for our 24 D1 NCAA programs as we enter into a new conference, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, otherwise known as the MAAC. The momentum we have gained over the past six years through the growth of Athletics coupled with the incredible success among our programs positioned the Mount to be an attractive addition to the MAAC.

The move allows Mount student-athletes to compete at a high level with both peer and like-minded institutions that share similar missions and values. The majority of MAAC schools are religiously affiliated, liberal arts colleges with enrollments between 2,000-5,000 students. Through its partnership with ESPN, the MAAC gives greater exposure to Mount Athletics and the university as all athletic events will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks.
